DO you know what the new length of the PTFE tube should be cut too? the new nozzle seams to be slightly shallower? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

I have a feeling you might be right about the drive roller section may not be lined up with the hole going up the bowden tube. I can feel resistance there. Z hight seems good... Paper test loose...
