Re: E3D Titan Extruder

I also have seen the new Titan extruder with a 3:1 gear reduction. The design concept looks great and really thought-out. I have ordered one, to replace my Ezstruder, to give it a shot!

I also have problems with E3d V6 and PLA.
Most PLA materials work great and other PLA jams at the first layer.
Why does it jam?? I don't know, I tested PLA without any retract and it jammes also X)
The Support can`t help me and they say that I must send it back to England :P

okey, with the same trick I have print my prints and every time I think that i can`t calibrate the Rostock.
I hope that the guys from SeeMeCNC have an idea how to calibrate the Bed, than from 28cm diameter bed down to 10cm diameter its really not a great thing.

Okay thats weird!!! Look my post "" http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=4850 I have the same problem, but spots B and C are - 0.4mm lower then spot A - 1mm. I've bought a dial indicator and calibrated the X Y Z towers on 0.1mm accurate. Is it with your mechanic also everything all right?

I would like to build a second printer. I've searched on thingiverse but without a success.

- not a Delta
- max build size 150mm x 150mm
- most parts must be printed.

Yes, I was surprised how small the J-Head is.
The J-Head is for a dual extrusion project a really good option, and the print quality goes up.
