ARTEMIS 300
ARTEMIS 300
I've had my ARTEMIS 300 for some time and the issue is now with 3.4.4. i get inconsistent prints. Before i had this issue i would delete 2 files and the first probe, that worked but now i don't have that option, my prints look pretty bad. Im simply trying to print a 1mm circle to test the level, one side to high he other to flat, I've checked everything lose, and everything is true and tight. Ive used tie "wavy line" to level with 3.4.4 but same issue

Re: ARTEMIS 300
Run the delta calibration twice (g32) and then print. How does it look? (don't use bed mapping)

Re: ARTEMIS 300
So to make it work, I slowed down the F2500 to F0500 in the config.g "M558 P5 I0 A4 R0.4 C"zprobe.in" H20 F0500 T6000 " the probing may have been to fast causing the inconsistent print. Then i removed the white plastic spring from the arm (closest to the rail arm) that showed to be problematic and now it's printing as it should.

Re: ARTEMIS 300
If the spring was causing problems, it means that the balls needed to be lubricated. I would lubricate all the ball joints with a little white lithium grease and then replace that spring.
When the probing is too fast, you'll get a warning message in the web interface about the probe results being inconsistent.
