Nice looking little delta, although they only brought a mock up. It is nice to find a local place that sells filament and printers. And it was nice to meet Jon, and get a couple of questions answered.

CES 2016 is in 2 days.

Will we be seeing Eris or anything from SeeMeCNC there?

I don't think that SeeMe is doing CES this year. It was an expensive trip (and expensive to attend) last year, so I think they crossed it off their list this time around.
