ninja flex jamining ezsturder?

Post by DCustomS »

I just got some ninja flex to print with my orion delta and it wont even make it to the hot end it keeps binding up. What setting do you guys use? and has anybody else had that problem?

I keep this link bookmarked, it's an easy mod for running flexy filaments!

thanks for linking my mod McSlappy! the other thing about ninjaflex is you want to print slow, and have little to no retract.. the jam at the extruder happens most often when you have fast retracts, and after the retract it pushes forward fast to re-prime the nozzle... and when it tries to build the pressure in the tube back up, it has nowhere to go and jams out on the ezstruder.. when I was just printing semi-flex I was using 2mm at 20mm/sec for my retract.
