Extruder motor does'nt start

Hi everybody !
Something weird with S3D, when i launch the build the extruder motor does'nt move. I can move manualy thru the control panel. And its works perfevtly with mattercontrol.
Someone has one idea ?

Under the FFF settings, which "Extruder Toolhead Index" do you have selected? I believe default is Tool 0, but you can try the others to make sure. If you can move the extruder through the S3D control panel, then just make sure it matches the "Active Toolhead" listed on that screen.

Tool 0 is selected. nd i see nothing in control panel.

I just restart everything. Know it works. Tool 0 is selected.
