Rostock MAX™ v2 Thermistors

Post by DarrenAnton »

Anyone now if these Thermistors will work in the Rostock MAX™ v2?

Seems (Or I think) mine are bad....

I think they might be better so I do not have to put the plastic tube over the leads and they cost a lot less

Thanks

I don't know about eliminating the PTFE tubes to prevent shorts but the thermistor should work fine. Adjustements would mostly likely have to be made to the thermistor tables in the firmware.

Just to mirror what Eaglezsoar said:

Doesn't matter what thermistor you use, assuming it's got a reference on the thermistor table and as you reference it in the firmware, and reflash the RAMBo.
