Specific hardware for heated bed upgrade

Can these be safely used to do a 24v bed upgrade on my v2? If so, am i pretty much following this diagram?http://forum.seemecnc.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=7766

I’m not experienced with electronics. Though I did my first soldering today and it went swimmingly. I don’t remember what it was that made me buy these exact things but they’re most definitely returnable if they won’t work out. Amazon links for things that will would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
