Hey everybody!

I've been lurking here for quite a while, but I figured it was time I posted something.

This summer I took apart my V2 and built a Max Metal. My V2 already had Trick Trucks and a Prometheus hotend. I upgraded to Trick Lazer's CF arms and Max Metal platform parts. I opted to try out a flying extruder with an E3D Titan extruder. I swapped out the old ATX PSU for a smaller 12V power supply. I would like to put some of those fancy 0.9 degree steppers on it at some point down the line.
Except for the flying extruder mount, I designed the printed parts. The LCD and electronics brackets are intended for the Azteeg X5 mini V1.1 and the Viki LCD V2.0, but it wouldn't be too difficult to tweak the mount for newer versions of the X5 mini. So far it has been printing great!

Thanks for the great build and the wonderful pictures.
If I ever get the time to finish my Max Metal I will certainly use this to guide me along.
GREAT JOB!

What's that combo IEC plug/power switch you used? I'm doing my own MAX Metal, working with an illuminated four-pin SPDT switch, and it's a huge pain.
