bowden extruder studdering

hey guys I havent been able to complete a print correctly, the bowden pushes it then slips back. Its like is blocked, but i cant seem to clean it out. ive already cleaned the tube and cleaned out the actual bowden.I get some stuff comeing out of the extruder but just like a sliver, so all the prints are created but they are really flimsy and not really correct. please help. Ive already tried to increase the temp up to 240 and I dont know how to fix it in another way.
