I've managed to modify mine with a bit of cardstock and glue, so I can print PLA for the time being. It's not ideal but it's not a total bust.
What exists out there in terms of "good" modified fan-ducts to work with the existing fan? What is out there in terms of proven/tested single/multi-fan setups?
Figured I'd ask the community see what's out there, Thingiverse is full of designs but I have no idea what works and what doesn't on the Orion... I'm new to Delta printers. Any leads or information is appreciated!

What is wrong with the stock layer fan? Mine works just fine.
