Makerhive YJ-RHEP-V3r3 Quick Change Board -Need Help despartely!

I have a Rostock Max v3. I'm currently making a few updates like E3D v6 hot end and a Makerhive Yellow Jacket YJRHEP-V3r3 quick change board. No additional changes to the Rambo board have been made, which brings my question to hand. Would someone be so kind as to share with me your wiring diagram? I'm a bit confused on which wires (green, blue, red, black white -Black 18g, Red18g) go into what Yellow Jacket (YJ-RHEP-V3r3) pluggable connection. I'm running the standard hot end fan with three cooling fans for the printed parts. Any help or color coded pic diagram would be welcome.

If you've got a V3, there's no need to install the disconnect board - there already is a disconnectable harness.
