Dual Extrusion issue with Y adapter Cura 3.4.1

Post by dmo »

I was having an issue where sometimes Cura would insert M104 T1 S0 in the wrong place causing all of the heaters to shut down when finishing the second filament. This code should be at the very end of the gcode. I think Cura gets confused when using two extruders with one nozzle when all of the temperatures for both extruders aren't the same. I now check every dual extrusion gcode in a text editor to make sure it's right.

I also am having a similar issue with CURA. I believe it is confusing T1 temperature with T0 standby.
I will get back to you if I ever find a fix.
