The object in the picture is using a layer height of .3mm and the nozzle is the default .5mm. With the EZstruder slipping at 7mm/s until I turn down the print speed on the LCD to about 50-60%, it seems like there is to much back pressure causing the slippage. I'm not sure if this is the case or not but I switched back to ABS and my same settings for .5mm nozzle .2mm layer height and it works perfect.
I'm not sure what would cause the slippage or hot to help fix it.

Wayyy too fast for T-glase. Need to print at half the speed of ABS, or less. Try printing with a higher layer height (.3-.4), and much slower - 25-35mm/s - and you should have much better results. T-glase will give you great vertical resolution even at larger layer heights, but it can't print fast.

I understand this, please look at the last 3 posts. I have been printing at 7mm/s and then I have to cut that in half on the LCD.
I am nowhere near 25-35mm/s, I have attached a picture to push the troubleshooting past the speed issue.

Just a note with t-glase...
so i put my spool back on today after about 20 days, and i started to print some stuff... well after 10 minutes i noticed that nothing was extruding. Typically if this happens i will stop the print, remove the ptc fitting from the hot end, pull about 6 inches and cut. I will then manually push a couple inches to make sure the bind has passed and continue on. well this happened a couple times in a row, i was thinking what the hell is going on. so i pull the end part again snip a chunk off, but this time i examine the part in my hand. it seems to have a wide spot with teeth marks on it where it wouldn't pass into the hot section. i look at the others and they also have this same spot where it would not pass into the hot section. What was going on is when it would jam on a spot the ezstuder would dig in and cause a wide spot, that in turn would jam the hotend... and cause ANOTHER wide spot. so i pulled enough t-glase to clear any possible wide spots and now I've been printing happily for the past hour with no issues. If you keep having jamming issues with no obvious culprit, maybe just pull a couple wraps of the spool through the bowden and try again.

I am also having extruder problems with T-Glase. At first I thought it was slipping in the ez-struder but it seems to be walking over to the inner smooth portion of the feed wheel. When it walks over to the inner smooth portion, all of the back pressure suddenly releases and it seems like slippage. I have found that if I hook my finger around the t-glase as it enters the ez-struder and keep it pulled towards the face of the ez-struder while printing, the slippage stops.

I had this type of slippage at first with T-glase on the Orion. I found the geared drive wheel(right name?) was not lined up properly. Used a small Allen Key and shifted it a bit toward the outside. I'm having the issue of loosing feed traction every 30 minutes or so. If I hold the release and push the plastic, I can get it moving again...of course, I have to catch it the moment it looses traction. The stuff looks awesome, but I can't get a good part from it.
T-Glase purchased from SeeMeCNC about 2 months ago. Orion 3d Printer, purchased same time. ABS runs through it like a Swiss watch...prints without issue every time...quite impressive actually.

The set screw is on the side of the hobbed gear. Take the panel off that holds the Ezstruder to get a better look. If it is lined up and you are using abs a lot it will sometimes fill in or smooth out the grooves on the hobbed gear. This will make it harder to grip the t-glase. A needle is useful to clean out the grooves. Also have a look in the Rostock max v2 manual and see how the Ezstruder goes together.
