what are some successful text fonts that have been printed on parts. font style, raised or lowered height, and size.

when i do text i like to cut rather then extrude the letters. with a small nozzle and 1 perimeter you can get some good resolution. as for the type of fonts, i usually stick with bold block style i haven't tried any fancy cursive.

I agree with wildideas1 and would like to know how you do it.
Especially the raised text.

I've found that generating text in "Inkscape" and exporting it to SCAD with that path converter works really well. I made this name plate in about five minutes
I added the back plate in Inventor Fusion.
No guarantees on how it will print
