Max 2 adapter for the Nimble

Hi All,

The adapter designed for the Max 2 was judged to be wanting, by MH.
So, we re-designed it and are pretty sure this one will pass muster.

For now we put it in the Shapeways store, but once we go live we will also make the STL and STEP files available.
