Slic3r changes values on it's own?

Post by Flateric »

Anyone else having the issue when you select 0 for solid infill, when you save you profile Slic3r jumps this back to a 1 for every slice filled solid?

Making me batty I can't select zero anymore with it.

yop same here but i found the way around ...Look like it bug because of the update ...
just put another number that default or your old one and save afther you will be able to make change normally
EX: you are set to 2 but default is 3 ...you want to go back to 3 but when you save it revert back to 2 ...put number 4 and save ..then you will be able to make change
normally .

This is a known and long standing bug in Slic3r. They haven't been able to nail it down yet.

It happens to me very often and I usually just edit those *.ini files from text editor.
