I've gotten a few huge orders lately and noticed a lot of print failures - missing skirts, partially-moved base layers (like they got pushed out of the way but stayed enough to support normal upper layers), etc - to the point I realized that I now have to run the leveling script pretty much before every single print. It seems to always have a mean of approximately -5 and deviation of approx 0.5 'before' and of course the after numbers are far closer to 0.
What could possibly have happened to the printer to make this the case now? No matter what other issues I've had with my SeeMe deltas, the bed level was never one of them.
New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
Re: New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
I would check for belt wear and to see if the belt drive gears are still tight. Barring that, you might want to email support.

Did the belt thing - tried to adjust the bottom pulleys to increase and even out the tension, but it didn't help. Fingers crossed Part Papa can assist.

Did you ever find a fix to this. Seems to be happening to me too. Didn't level the bed on one print and destroyed my WhamBam PEX sheet. I'm interested in anything you might have found out. I'm going to try to update to duet 3.4.4 firmware and see if that fixes it.
Re: New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
PartDaddy does recommend an update to 3.4.4, but don't use the mesh compensation. It causes issues sometimes.
I've had constant problems with my Rostock MAX v4 until I went to 3.4.4. It's been a lot better since then.

No reply from corporate in my PMs but I will look into that 3.4.4 upgrade... Update: can't find the update nor the instructions on upgrading.
Re: New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
Here's the instructions https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IQf ... share_link
It's for 3.4.4, the title isn't updated.
Sending PMs likely won't work quickly - fastest is to email [email protected] directly.

I didn't expect PMs to work instantaneously, but I did send it in September of last year...
thanks for the link though!

Re: New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
There's something yeeted on the mail sending side and PM notifications don't go out via email, so it's entirely possible that PartDaddy doesn't even know he's got a PM.

Re: New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
Happy to say that something somehow worked here but I am not entirely sure what - I did add the flexible magnetic plate and that has helped a ton with warping. Sadly now I have to start another thread about what may be a killer error
