this may be nothing, but i get this error each time i G29 in mattercontrol for my H2 delta ptr. please see attachment.

'your printer is reporting an error, etc... acceleromoter i2c recv error' etc...'

well it goes thru the motions, gives me a new z length and another new item, i enter to eeprom and save... so i dont know if its really tuning..?

If it goes through the entire process, I wouldn't worry about it.

Wait... "enter new item and save"? eh?

G29 kicks off the auto-cal and when it finishes there's nothing for you to enter anywhere. The routine saves the info in the firmware itself.
What makes you think you have to enter something? *confused*

i assumed i needed to enter the 'new' values to the eeprom ...?i hadn't been doing that... and the 'accelerometer ic2 recv error is interment...

Nope, all that is done by the firmware when you run G29.

If the recv error is intermittent, I'd re-check the whip wiring.

Note that you don't need to do G29 more than once unless you've changed something mechanically with the printer, changed the nozzle, or removed the bed and replaced it.

oh, oh thats big info for me gene! i had thought the g29 was to be performed when i turned on the printer every day, or before a print! thanks, now i know! im still very new to all this, although im learning, its still all new!

If it's any consolation, even the "experts" get it wrong now and again. Imagine my surprise when I'd discovered my built-during-a-live-stream H2 had the towers in the wrong locations.
