Looking for Magnetic CF Arms (for Rostock Max v2)

Do you print/build/make/create 'stuff' for modifying SeeMeCNC machines? Post them here if you do so others can see and inquire about getting them!

Looking for Magnetic CF Arms (for Rostock Max v2)

Post by DDK452 »

Is there anyone selling either custom (well made! haha) or Trick Laser Carbon Fiber Mag arms? Or is there anyone who at least knows what the usual back-order turn around time is for Trick Laser.

Thanks ahead of time for the replies!

I don't know that Brian at Trick Laser does make or ever has made any magnetic arms. The ones he makes and sells use Traxxas revo joints.

Whoops, I did mean his metal ball end rods. Any clue if anyone actually makes mag arms either? Or is that purely a user-made upgrade?

I think a lot of people on ebay and the like sell premade rods, also http://www.tridprinting.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I don't know if you'll find them at exactly 269mm, tho.

Are there any upgrade kits? I'd like to switch to mag arms too.

Making your own regular traxxas arms is easy: https://mattlapaglia.com/?p=330" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Might want to give it a shot, I did it on my first try without any issues.
