I have a PEEK fan installed, just not the shroud. Nestled in the head (only just, so it doesn't foul and tick against its own shroud), M42 P6 S255 is built into the startup on my G-Code and the fan is running during the extrude. So. You reckon? I look at the wire gauge and look at those piddly little JT pins and it feels dirty putting them together.

I ended up going for the automotive bullet crimps on the resistor wire twists, just cutting the plastic shroud off first.

If you get desperate, Inventor (windows) works fine on windows under virtualbox, too.

My shiny new Max with the onyx bed and borosilicate cover gets from 20C ambient to 65C in about 3 minutes... is that not fast enough?

ooops.

Went a little overboard with the bed wires and they didn't want to fit into the RAMBO screw block, guessing there were a couple of strays which were shorting. Cleaned up and all happy now.

And another ooops for posting in the wrong forum...

First post on this forum and a +1 to the issue.

Will disconnect the Onxy and measure its impedance and the voltage being spat out of the RAMBO when I switch the bed on.

Have updated the firmware to the latest version from the SeemeCNC website.

Dammit, I wanna play with my new toy!!
