This might help you out: https://github.com/seemecnc/slicing-pro ... Cura%204-6
While the profiles are for 4.6, there's some dual extrusion ".curaprofile" files in there that may help.

I'd be curious to see what the print walls look like.
Weird idea, but have you checked your extruder drive gear and nozzle for wear?

Right, but in order to get that kit, you're going to have to contact them directly. It's highly unlikely that they'll see your post here.

I suspect if it fits, it would work. If the idlers you have now are working, there's no reason to replace them however.

Is the heating that slow with the bed not heating at all? If so, one of the heating resistors in the hot end may need to be replaced.

Re: Artemis extruder falling after print.
Remove the M84 from the end gcode in Cura (or whatever slicer you're using). M84 turns off the motors and will allow the effector to fall under its own weight.

Re: V3.2 problem
So the only thing I can think of at this point is the nozzle face isn't meeting the face of the heat break as it should. The heat break and the nozzle face should meet in the center of the heat block. The clogged heat break is confusing because that only happens if the "cold section" isn't...

Re: V3.2 problem
You can use a butane torch to burn out PLA. Acetone if ABS. No idea if PETG. :) Getting melted plastic in the heat break indicates to me that at some point, the heat sink on the fan wasn't running. When you put it back together, did you make sure the heat sink fan is blowing through the fins of the ...

Since you've got an E3Dv6, I'd go with the Duet Smart Effector.

Re: V3.2 problem
So before we get any further, when you say you "drilled out" the heat break - were you drilling through a solid chunk of plastic? You realize the heat break has a 2mm bore, right? If you used a drill bit like that to "clean" out the bore, you may have scarred it. You would have b...

Re: V3.2 problem
So it's probably a hot end jam. You may be printing too quickly for the temperature you're printing at or the filament diameter is wildly out of spec. Do a cold pull on the hot end and make sure you can see all the way through the filament path when you're done. (you should be able to see a little d...

Re: Max V2+ conversion to v3.2 or v4 - worth it? Options?
Going to the 0.9 steppers will have an impact on your top speed (mostly with rapid travel), but you win that back in positioning accuracy. You shouldn't need to change out the extruder stepper, but ask SeeMeCNC about it when you order parts. Inspect the belts - if they look clean and unworn, you sho...
