I pointed PartDaddy at this so he can chime in.

Re: New strangeness: Have to level/G32 every print now?
PartDaddy does recommend an update to 3.4.4, but don't use the mesh compensation. It causes issues sometimes.
I've had constant problems with my Rostock MAX v4 until I went to 3.4.4. It's been a lot better since then.

Re: Long beep power issue
That's not testing the output of the power supply.
Did you make any changes to the printer prior to the problem manifesting itself? (uploading firmware, etc.)

The fuse locations can be found here: https://docs.duet3d.com/Duet3D_hardware/Duet_2_family/Duet_2_WiFi_Ethernet_Hardware_Overview look at the "features" section - the fuses are shown with a red highlight and they're on the right side of the board. I would also check to make sure that the ...

Re: ARTEMIS 300
If the spring was causing problems, it means that the balls needed to be lubricated. I would lubricate all the ball joints with a little white lithium grease and then replace that spring. When the probing is too fast, you'll get a warning message in the web interface about the probe results being in...

Run the delta calibration twice (g32) and then print. How does it look? (don't use bed mapping)

Re: Rostock Max V4 Bed Mapping Issue?
I've got a similar issue with my v4. Are you seeing that after a normal delta cal, or after you've done a height map? How does it print without the height map?
I've pinged Part Daddy on this, so hopefully he'll stick his nose in soon.

Twingert, assuming you're using the WiFi interface, look here: https://github.com/seemecnc/RostockMAX-v4/tree/master/SD%20Wifi All the configuration settings for your machine should be in there - the items that will affect your homing direction are in the M569 commands. Do you have S0 set for the fi...

Re: Orion Firmware Issure
They're kind of hard to brick. It's more likely that the either the wrong firmware was uploaded, or the right firmware with the wrong configuration was uploaded. You can grab the firmware from here: https://github.com/seemecnc/Firmware/tree/master/Repetier%20Firmware Go through the Configuration.h f...

Re: Worth Upgrading?
The delrin balls were the first version. The aluminum didn't come until much later. There's no reason I know of to prefer the Delrin version, but you might want to email them about it.
You might want to let them know about the URL issue.

Re: Worth Upgrading?
Delrin vs Aluminum for the ball assemblies depends on your use. If you're going for maximum print speed, you want maximum stiffness in the motion system, which means going to the metal ball assemblies and carbon fiber arms. The Meanwell LRS-350-12 is a good choice. Single rail power supplies are typ...

I would check for belt wear and to see if the belt drive gears are still tight. Barring that, you might want to email support.
