Re: Once more with the Duet Wifi - totally stuck on the no networks/wifi idle msg

(psst! DHCP is *after* the connection is made. :D ) I suspect the root cause is related to both radios having the same SSID. It may also be specific to his particular make/model/firmware of wifi access point. It's certainly worth digging a bit more to see if the problem can be properly characterized ...

Re: Once more with the Duet Wifi - totally stuck on the no networks/wifi idle msg

I'm really glad you got it working! Great catch on the 2.4Ghz restriction - I wasn't aware of that myself! (All of my WiFi access points use different names for the two different radios, so I NEVER would have caught this myself.)

Re: Once more with the Duet Wifi - totally stuck on the no networks/wifi idle msg

Are you sending commands to the board via the screen, or via the usb cable? If you're using the screen, try using the USB cable. You'll need a serial terminal (YAT works) to talk to the board. I *think* the baud rate is 115200, but I'm not sure. That should be easy to look up though. I flinched at ...

I would contact the Duet3D folks directly. They're best equipped to help you with this one.

Re: V2 hot hed and heating bed random shut down

Heat the hot end and the bed, and while they're heating, check the 12v output of the power supply. It shouldn't be less than about 11.5V.

Re: no response from Rostock MAX V3

I think I mentioned this before - if there's a wiring issue to the HE280's PCB, the firmware will hang on initialization, which it appears to be doing in your photo.

Re: Max v2 printer stopping mid print

I would check the hot end wiring. If memory serves, the firmware will hang on init if it can't talk to the accel. circuit on the HE280.

This might help you out: https://github.com/seemecnc/slicing-pro ... Cura%204-6

While the profiles are for 4.6, there's some dual extrusion ".curaprofile" files in there that may help.

Weird idea, but have you checked your extruder drive gear and nozzle for wear?
