? 1 why is my cube not sq 20.03 x 19.83 I have printed 3 cube now different infill but all 3 are exactly the same deminsions (freaky) but still not sq. Why?

Bubba I was following the thread calibration settings and I have z at 0 which lead to my ? I printed again at 100% infill and while printing looked like it would be overfilled but came out better than I think I will take pics in am and post next print willbe 50% and see what I get. Still not sure of...

ros fail .7noz.jpg once again the failures are killing me ever since the NOV challenge i have not had 1 print complete only changed nozzle to .7 from .5 upgraded firmware host as eaglesoar pointed out today is now .95 host not rambo and just verified that rambo is .80 so i guess i will update that ...

running temp ABS at 215 still doing it now at 217 still doing it and the teeth on ez is clogging up not sure if adding to insult, retract is 1mm and acell speed is 25 down from 55
any ideas ??? never had this with .5 nozzel switche so i can make prototypes faster. so far not made a single one.

what spped are you using i was at 55 and man that was fast moving cutting action i am now going to try 20 and 2mm suck instead of 10 or ??? setting does one recomend.

ok i am having issue also but i have tried to take picture thru the bowden tube but wont show clear enough what is happening is that when the machine retracts the filament it slightly cuts away a small bit and when it returns to start feeding again it takes a bit more out of filament Hence the gouge...

ok i have odd ?? i am running Rep 95d not 91 and i currently don't have any issues other than calibrating my .7 nozzle to run correctly went thru re calibration including PID calibration and all smooth on 95d just getting larger nozzle to work is only glitch.

OK my machine was in need of a reboot after download and install of new REP something went arr-ye and slcr didn't show back up in the rep window so i took 3 hr walk with Puppy and came back and low and behold it was their. so now i am trying to calibrate the new .7 nozzle and figure out settings.

well it finally appears to be fixed went from 198.25 to 198.80 on printer radius to get the center to come up correctly now it is fine tweak time. What i don't understand is what and why did the bed become slightly concave after 150hrs of print time, this probably helps explain why during the NOV ch...

yes eprom changed from 1 to 0 and uploaded. i did notice in the aurdrino that it said power cycle the board never did that last night so i re-traced steps this morning and power cycled and still in same position. im not sure how far to go but i cant understand that a gap less than a piece of paper c...

Yes the 4axis works great with mach 3 and both vellemans, you operate the vell'S manually 1 to controll the hotbed and other the tip
