I have personally seen prints off of this machine and they are mind boggling. This thing runs so smooth that .2mm prints look like .1mm. It's also virtually without sound!

ZionPhil, I really hope you didn't solder the ends of the wires that go into the RAMBo. If so, please undo that. You'll melt the connector on the RAMBo eventually. (The surfaces of the terminal block "squish" the wire, increasing the surface contact - when you put a soldered wire in there...

Well. I got about 15 minutes into trying that print again with my fancy-dancy patch up job... but alas... it too failed. 20140312_205924.jpg 20140312_212823.jpg Maybe I am experiencing jamming. Glue didn't stick to either the tubing or the plastic in the fitting. Kapton broke and it snapped the ABS...
