I have been trying to print the spool holder Tube, it's about five layers in and then stops. The hot end is embedded in the work It won't lgo any farther it's happened three times in the same spot.

Further info on my debug, if I use MatterControl to move the steppers I get a 'stepper disabled' message on the LCD.
