You can order the standoffs from SeeMeCNC. I ordered them, used my own Pi, and wired it up to the 5v Aux on the Rambo board. Very nice setup, IMO. Oh and you need some #6 1/2in sheet metal screws. Hmm... well, I changed the speed in KISS and now it seems just fine. Perhaps my perception of printer speed is just way off. I cut it all in half and it works fine.
