I get the solution, Simplify3D offer the possibility to create some differents process and allow to change all settings !

Bigger raft didn't help a lot against warping ( imo ). When I print nylon, PC or other kind of tricky materials, I prefer to use the same part and make a huge ( 5mm) $raft for beat the warping. Did you tried to use glue for a more sticky bed ? This can help in some situations.

I don't know the PLA ( never printing it.), but when i get warping problems, using a brim can be a nice solution. Did you tried it with your parts ?

Yes. As I said, we get a lot of functionnal printers and the " printing " capacity of the machine is not what we looks for. I consider that multifuction mean " medium to all, good to nothink " and that this will not be as functionnal as a full 3D printer or a full engraving laser...

Yes you need a chamber heating. We tried to print it around 380°C, bed at 150°C and chamber at 65°C it was ok for little parts but for bigger one.. we didn t get good results You really need a little "oven" on your printer because the warping is insane ! ( worse than PC or nylon ! ) I test...
