I've found the problem but not a solution. The issue is that MatterControl uses port 443 when connected to the cloud. AT&T doesn't allow that port to be used. The issue isn't just with MatterControl, you also can't connect externally to things like security cams, file servers, etc. The solution ...

I also ended up at full travel on one of the stop screws while calibrating. The solution is to simply reverse the direction of all the screws by the same amount. You can then continue to adjust the problem tower relative to the others.

I'm using the Touch, if there were loops I suspect the 1 inch characters were too small for 2 loops to have worked? I'll double check it tonight.
