I even disconected yellow from red on the input, but the same keeps happening: INPUT: 24V No load OUTPUT: 12V With Load OUTPUT: 24 V!!! I am trying tonight using the previously unused yellow wire on the OUTPUT. But the converter instruction clearly say it does not need to be used!!! Looked a simple ...

Yes, I connected the yellow to the red in the 24V side and left it unused on the 12V side...

I have tried several:
the first only 10A and got overloaded

Thanks Eric for your answer Yes, it is the first time that I try to attach an image and I will do it better in the future ;-) My problem is SSR related since if i try to power on the RAMBo with it disconnected, everything seems to be OK But as soon as I connect the SSR, the F3 blows after power on. ...

Hello to all
I have wired my SSR (Crydom D1D40) as per gchristopher schematics:

But when I switch on the printer F3 fuse blows...Any advice?

Changing F3 to a 10A type instead of the stock 5A would help?

It will be my next attempt. I will try to check with the original 12V PSU.
By the way, is there any way to avoid this fluctuation? Could you recommend another converter?

Is my RAMBo killed?
I have built some months ago a Rostock Max v2 kit powered by a RAMBo v1.3L board. It has been working flawlessly until I made a major electronics overhaul recently. Basically I changed to a 24V power supply and SSR for the Heated bed, but I am still feeding the Rambo at 12V using a 24V-12V Converter...
