This is a pic of how i have mounted mine and without that bowden extension these is no way you can get your fingers in.

I agree, don't like how you cant release the bowden because its hidden, but you can fix that by printing this this extension.

Or you could print these rather than use zip ties.

I will give it a go but layer height in MC is 0.20.

So my multiplier is quite low, 0.80 - i also noticed that 3 of the walls are as good as 0.40 but 1 wall can be 0.41-0.45, i printed twice and same both times. Yes just like your first pictures shows, small gaps between the infill lines. It's interesting because the infill gaps look like it's under extruding, but the top layers and corners look like over extrusion. What size nozzle are you using? What slicer?
