Re: OFFSETS OFF BY TOO MUCH _ TRYING AGAIN
Our Eris also started doing this. Upon inspection it appears that one of the black endstop triggers on the Z tower belt had somehow shifted 5-6 mm. By moving that back to be more in line with the X and Y towers I was able to get the firmware to successfully autocalibrate and print.

Re: 110VAC Bed Heater
I picked up a 300mm 500W AC silicone mat with a thermastor off Ebay, mounted it to a 300mm aluminum disk and am using a Fostek SSR to drive it from the Rambo. So far it works great room temp to 110C in under 3 minutes. I just have to figure out a nice way of mounting it to the snowflake and get ano...

Re: Planetary geared extruder variant on EZFlex
Wow, thanks for this.. I printed it up and got it running today and wow.. all the weird seams I had are completely gone. Best of all the motor is barely warm to the touch, let alone hot enough to melt the filament in the extruder anymore.

Re: Peek fan not spinning
I just hooked my multimeter up to HEAT1's screw terminals and I was reading around 100mV while the hot end was at about 60C. As soon as the hot end dropped below 50C that reading drop to about 20mV. Any ideas?

Re: Peek fan not spinning
That is basically what I did. I have the layer fan also wired up already and that I can turn off/on manually just fine. I did hook my multimeter to the screw terminals on HEAT1 and then to the solder points for the peak fan splice at the hot end (right before I wrapped them up in tape) I'll check fo...

Re: Peek fan not spinning
I double checked the peek vs layer connectors and that isn't it. Once my current print finishes I'll hook a multimeter up to the HEAT1 lines on the rambo leads directly and see if I can see anything there.

Peek fan not spinning
Hi, I just finished my V2 build and printed the peek shroud and installed it, however it isn't spinning. I tested the leads from HEAT 1 to the solder points for the fan and they are testing clean. I also tested the fan by applying some voltage to those wires to make sure there wasn't something block...
