This is mainly due to bad quality of filament in which air bubbles are trapped. You can just break the filament by hand and you will find these spaces at cross section.

Wow... amazingly found the servomotors with Quadrature incremental encoder at a very bargain price of around Rs 340 /Ea( ~$3.2US).. couldn't resist to get the three from the local shop in Sadiqabad... The shopkeeper was selling these to locals who make small fans out of them.... what a waste of the ...

IBT 2 DC Motor Controller Enclosure
This is just an enclosure for easy wiring for IBT-2 controller. Print the files separately without support and just assemble as seen in the picture. The 4 holes to be tapped 3mm and use 4 M3 screws to tighten with IBT2 base. posted on Thingiverse.

Pram restoration
It was an old pram abandoned due to one of its wheel broken off. To make use of it, i got the basic dimensions of the wheel, prepared the 3D model and fired my homemade 3D printer. The result was a success.

Here is a little updates on the blade-less fan duct after primer application, lot of wet-sanding and finally spray paint. Check the glossiness... It just look out of injection molding machine.
