I think i have found the material. It is called acetate (may not relate to chemical composition as a hot glue gun is called a hot silicone gun over here).
It can be found in print shops, used as cover for folders and binders etc...

I did two modifications to my heat bed: 1- Installation of PEI sheet 2- Replaced the 12VDC PCB heater with 220VAC Silicon Heater I have purchased 80mmx200mm 3M 468MP double sided tape from Aliexpress. Worked very well. I am very happy with the first print i have done with PEI..absolutly amazing prod...

I think you would have intermittent problems..May be some parts got good without problem. The mechanical issues need to be resolve 1st. if the simulation of Gcode shows correct then no way your hot-end should move in the pattern you posted above.

It seems to me you don't have magnet arm. Check your arms , grease it either the arms stucking or stepper loosing steps.. I will see mechanical parts 1st.

Just grasp this material with sandblasted texture install it with 3M tape and i hope you will find it useful. I don't have that high temperature 3M. unfortunately cant experiment.

No don't buy from that.... These are cheaply available at any glass/windows tint shop. for 12" x 12" you will get less than a dollar.

Must watch the gallery.. Really detailed print.. You can download the demo software to try first. The software will not allow yo to save the model.

For David Laser Scanner, If you have a camera and projector available with you then all you need their low cost software ( not that low but around 300Euro i think)

Here is my todays update: I started large print the bed was at 75C. The print adhered to the bed for around 1Hr. And then i saw curling up of one of the four edges.
