why not slice the model into pieces.. Also increase the layer Height from 0.1 to 0.2mm , this will also give u same quality but almost reduced half of the time

The 1st time when i heated up bed i got the detachment of sheet in exact centre.. The air inside grows so that it lifted around 3mm... I just took a needle and punctured the sheet...removed all the trapped air and pressed the sheet..From that day and now on no problem...

Guys why do you think that the "Those exposed metal pins are at lethal voltages"? Think-out-of-the box man... Have you ever seen the other endi.e. plug, if i say that the live voltage is in the plug then do you think these exposed metal pins will still be at higher voltage?

Unfortunately , i didnt find PEI on Aliexpress.. I got PEI from Amazon thru my friend and it is working quite well no single ABS detachment so far...

Ok, I have purchased the stuff today. I did find fairly big sheets. I paid 5 usd each for 3 sheets. 2 of them are "frosted" and one of them is clear. Each sheet will give me 2 bed coverings. How is your setup holding up? I have the big 12 x 12 inch M3 adhesive sheets and i will attach one...

I needed AC power to feed to 220VAC heat bed and the DC +5, +12 and GND to feed my RAMPS1.4 and limit switches i came up a solution.

mhackney..please tell wether brim/RAFT is also required for printing on PEI. Or we can directly print ABS on PEI without RAFT/BRIM. Thanks
