Well, the PTC connector had a full on blockage inside it. Tried to drill it out and pulled out a giant plug of plastic. Also destroyed the connector.

Which size of connector is this? The store lists both 4mm and 6mm, and I don't know which one I need.

I sorta might've could've happened to have maybe forgot to perchance put heat shrink tubing over both leads before, errrm, sleeving them. This is on the other end where you plug the lead into the motherboard. The hot-end was fine.
