Re: My printer does not print well
The nozzle of 2mm (huge) was that I did (test). I had an extra nozzle SeeMeCNC and used a drill to make the hole. 2mm flow is good. Even so I reduced the speed of the motors. The teflon darkened because I realized the setting and measuring of temperature on the outside of the nozzle, which is not go...

Thanks

Re: My printer does not print well
The problem still exists. Even pushing the filament maualmente. I tried several times to adjust these screws, but did not solve the problem. For a larger nozzle 2mm, and adjusting a lower speed solves the problem. A 2mm nozzle serves no project 3D printer. So I have to solve this problem with 3mm fi...

Re: My printer does not print well
I decided to risk something:
Nozzle 2mm and slower speed (far from ideal).
I need help. I need to print to 0.5mm and faster, just like the videos SeeMeCNC.
Temperature: 203-208ºC

Re: My printer does not print well
Hi,
I increased the teflon tube 4 mm in order to eliminate any space between the nozzle and teflon. But the problem remained.

Re: My printer does not print well
Hi,
Manufacturer's guidelines:
a basically print at a highest temp before the ABS is going to degrade.
eg. for the white one about 210 C
Every hot-end is different, you have to try.
thanks
charles

With a copper plate with thicker solve all the work. But where I live does not have. So all that work. The measurement of maximum temperature in the timber was 70C. The flash point of this timber is 250C. I'm still doing tests in Heated Bed. Probably put an insulator therebetween. The word camera is...

Re: My printer does not print well
John,
Here in the State of Minas Gerais (Brazil), I find only (teflon massive - extruded Teflon) at cost of R$ 10.00 = $ 5.00. Can be used to make the hose Teflon?
PTFE puro.
http://www.plastmetal.com.br/conteudo/tabelas/ptfe.pdf
According to plasmetal supports up to 250C.

Hot camera - low cost - homemade.
Hello, I made a prototype camera hot low cost. This camera operates in open loop with temperature from 60 to 90 ⁰ C. No need for plate temperature control. In the first minutes she reaches 60 ⁰ C. Hours after it reaches approximately 90 ⁰ C. terminals connected to 12V and current of 7A (open loop). ...

Re: My printer does not print well
240 ° C is in the hottest part of extrunder (near the resistors). In the tempreratura nozzle drops to about 210 ° C. At 200 º C the ABS filament drive out of the nozzle. I know that Teflon deteriorates to 260 º C. You could show what the flow abs of your printer? equals this: http://www.ustream.tv/r...
