I triple checked my wires and all are soldered correctly in the right place (and covered in kapton tape). All of the wire insulation is intact.
Is there anything else to check?

Re: No voltage going to heated bed
Hi Bot - actually the board looks perfectly fine. The first time this happened, the terminal for the black wire to the bed was melted over and cut the circuit. But I just checked again and my RAMBO board is perfectly fine.

Re: No voltage going to heated bed
Hey guys - the bed heat went out again and the fuses are fine. I checked the large 15A fuse and the microfuse and they are both perfect. I took the bed off and no wires are crossing and everything is soldered solid. My multimeter still says no voltage when attempting to heat up the bed. Any ideas ot...

No voltage going to heated bed
Hi everyone, I just got a new RAMBO board in the mail and finally got everything working. I pre-heated the bed and the nozzle which started to work, but the bed cut out around 45 deg C and now it won't come back on. I took my multimeter to the heat-2 bed terminals on the RAMBO board and zero V. Both...

Re: Tower offsets not working at all
Thanks for that advice! Yeah now I can't even send a clear EEPROM command to the arduino - "failed miserably to execute command 0x1d"

Tower offsets not working at all
Hi everyone, My X tower is about 3mm too low (nozzle hitting the glass) and the screw is tightened as far as it can go. I've tried to change the X tower offset in the EEPROM as well as in the Configuration.h file and there is zero effect in the positive & negative directions. Has anyone else had...

Re: Broke down and bought a license...
I'm not sure if anyone else has issues with the S3D leveling wizard, but it seems as though the 'wizard' thinks the build plate is much bigger than it actually is - I am assuming this because the hot end crashes into each tower as it goes through the leveling procedure. I even input special coordina...

Re: swimming in PLA - too much extrusion on corners/ends
Thanks @jimustanguitar - I backed the nozzle off the plate a little bit, turned the flow rate back up a tad and it works great now. However, I would like to continue fine tuning because the edges are a little messy when printing vertical angles.

Re: swimming in PLA - too much extrusion on corners/ends
ahh thanks! I am a Makerbot convert, and I always had to have that nozzle SUPER close to the plate for it to stick - so as you both guessed, the nozzle is pretty tight against the bed.
thanks again @dudev @BenTheRighteous

swimming in PLA - too much extrusion on corners/ends
IMG_2612.JPG Hi Everyone, Thanks for checking out my issue - it's my first post to this forum! I am getting some extra PLA globbing-up on the corners and edges of my print. I took down the extr. 1 max feedrate from 100 to 45 and I even reduced the extr. 1 steps per mm by 33% and nothing seemed to c...
