Re: Getting a reply thru support email?

I apologize to the guys at seemecnc. I was just responding to what you said. If what you said was true then I had every reason to get defensive.

Re: Getting a reply thru support email?

You are the one who said that they were ignoring me because I wouldn't stop sending them messages. Since you have something to say about everything on this forum I thought you knew what you were talking about. I believed you and got a bit irritated that they would do me that way. It's called instiga...

I posted the fix for this in another thread. If you are using the memory card that came with it, then that is the problem. You need to use a class 4 or higher card.

Re: Getting a reply thru support email?

My Emails have been very polite with no all caps or ! . When you go that long without response and have had the luck I have had, You begin to wonder what you have got yourself into. I only said that I sent a lot of messages, I never said that they were rude messages. That was your wrong assumption. ...

Great attitude! I'm sure they are going to rush to help someone who's attitude is to bug the piss out of them.
You may be right about that. But that is no way to run a business. Especially with all of the ways a person can inform the public these days.

Re: Nozzle Temp?

Everything is tight. Seems like a power management problem to me. I say this because the nozzle temp goes up when the bed temp is reduced during a print.

Re: Nozzle Temp?

Re: Getting a reply thru support email?

You start to develop an attitude when you have a turnkey printer that doesn't work properly. I have been fooling with this thing for almost three weeks and still can't get it to function properly. You get one thing lined out and then something else starts to go haywire. I just want it to print prope...

Nozzle Temp?

As some of you know I have had several issues with my new Orion. Lately the nozzle temp runs about 3-5 degrees below target temp. It reaches target temp at the beginning of the print but after about two minutes it drops and can't seem to climb back up. If the layer fan kicks on for just a few second...

Re: Getting a reply thru support email?

On their home page there is a message box to talk to an expert. Leave a bunch of messages there. Keep calling the phone number, They usually answer in the mornings. In other words, bug the piss out of them. I do.

Ez-Struder Removal?

Does anybody out there know how to remove the white thumb wheel. It looks like an allen wrench but I can't find the right size. I have tried metric and standard sizes.

Re: T-Glase Troubles

I am also having extruder problems with T-Glase. At first I thought it was slipping in the ez-struder but it seems to be walking over to the inner smooth portion of the feed wheel. When it walks over to the inner smooth portion, all of the back pressure suddenly releases and it seems like slippage. ...

Re: Right side of print not printing

Is the endstop that fell out, on the tower that lines up with the lowest part of the print? It needs a tower calibration. It's on the card that came with the printer. It looks as if the tower cap has been driven down on the tower. You might want to raise it some before you do a tower calibration.

Re: New Orion issues. Help!

After changing the radius value I found that it had to be lowered not raised. The factory setting was 175.1 and I ended up with 174.5 . Yesterday I designed a test print in freecad. It is a 5 inch diameter ring 5mm wide with a 1 inch diameter disc in the center, the thickness for both is .25mm. I se...
