Would it be ok for me to post this piece on Thingiverse? I started printing flexible filament and this piece has helped.

Re: Adding more Extruders to Ramps ?
I was able to get the RAMPs 1.4 working with the CNC Shield. It adds four extruders. I was trying to get it working with a Diamond 3 to 1 nozzle but haven't had much time.

Re: $259 Cheap Kossel?
I purchased the Folger Tech metal framed i3 Prusa kit for 299 (b-day gift). My son wanted to get into 3d printing so we picked up the kit to get his feet wet. He's not one to tinker with stuff like this, so we'll see how he handles the assembly. As for the parts kit, it looks decent enough. Verifie...

Repetier-Host will pause if you add @pause to the gcode. You can swap the filament while it's paused and then resume the print.

The E-Sun black filament from microcenter is between matte and glossy. It smells a little like ABS for some reason.

Re: Three extruders, single nozzle
Rather than three fans, what about running a fan to blow down between all three, together with some kind of deflection cone/shroud which directs the air across the heatsinks and away from the nozzle? That's a good idea and that's what the creators of the diamond nozzle recommend. Like this: m The h...

Three extruders, single nozzle
I'm trying to get a diamond nozzle working with a Kossel 2020 (delta). The firmware it currently has is Marlin. RAMPS 1.4 has room for two extruders. I added a third extruder using the GRBL / CNC Shield. This is the wiring: m I tried this firmware that is designed for multiple extruders and single n...

Jesse, were you able to get yours operational? Jesse's Diamond had an interference problem between the ribbed cold end and the heater cartridge. you guys from seemecnc should think about a modular kit. where the buyer can choose which hotend etc he wants in his. that would be great.
Max print speed is 50% to 100% faster.

Re: E3V6 Constantly clogging
The nozzle must be firmly pressed against the steel heatbreak. If plastic oozes between the heat break and the nozzle, it will jam. Pull off the nozzle while everything is hot. Take the PTFE tube out. Cut a 1 foot section of filament and shove it in from the top and bottom. If the filament doesn't m...
